The screening will take place at St. Johns River State College in Building B rooms B0031 & B0032

If you are not having a test requiring fasting please arrive at or after 9 am

Test that requires fasting: CMP, Lipid panels (cholesterol), A1C (diabetes)

• Masks are required

• Your temperature will be checked upon entering

• Please do not attend if you have had a fever greater than 100.4 in the last 7 days

• Put distance between yourself and other people (at least 6 feet).
