Blood Screenings will be held at the public libraries in Palatka, Interlachen, and Crescent City. Additionally, by appointment, only HCA Florida Putnam Hospital will have limited availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 am - 12 Pm. Please see the appointment tab above for availability.
Welcome to our Blood Screening website. Please read below to get started.
All blood draws will occur on Saturdays at designated locations. Please see the events page for the time and place.
Once you have selected your tests, add them to the cart, and then click on the cart in the top right corner cart to check out.
Upon checking out, you will receive an email with your order information. Be sure to bring this with you when going in for your test.
Fasting is only required for the NMR lipid test. It is optional for all other tests but recommended.
Please bring a snack to eat post lab if you have been fasting
Upon completion of the test, you will receive a fulfillment email. This email verifies that the lab has seen you in person.
The lab test results will be sent out within two- weeks from their results. Labs will be mailed to the address you listed in the order.
