Please select your lab, register, and check out after ensuring an appointment is available.

Appointments are only required if you go to HCA Florida Putnam Hospital on Tuesday or Thursday. Appointments are available on a limited basis from 8 am to 12 pm. Please verify an appointment is available before paying for your lab exams.

Please head to the front main lobby and ask for the outpatient lab check-in.

Please bring your printed order email confirmation that confirms payment.
